Step 1. make a Commitment

How much time can you commit to building a Hard Body ? Please don't take this commitment lightly, and just arbitrarily throw a number out there. I know its exciting when starting a new workout routine but don't let your enthusiasm cloud your judgment. Take serious consideration to how this is going to effect the other important parts of your life: family, work, that special somebody, hobbies, church .... Take all the things in life that are important to you into consideration and make a realistic commitment.

Weakest Link theory: It's critical you understand this.

1. Your only as strong as your weakest link.
2. Your only going to GET as strong as your weakest link.
3. Your injury is most likley caused or will be caused by a failure to address your weakest link
4. Using poor form for any reason; to use more weight, to get done faster, to do some new hot exercise you saw in some magazine. Any excuse you give yourself to use bad form, your fostering your weakest link and Probaly setting yourself up for a good injury.
5. Only training your favorite body parts or doing your favorite exercises is a sure fire way to ...........

Home Traininig Equiptment; Enter The Grappler !!!

This thing is called the Grappler and it is a perfect piece of equipment. I got it from the legends at www.westsidebarbell.com its dirt cheap and rock solid. I can train my whole body in barbaric fashion in my own living room and when I am done I can tuck it under the bed or couch and forget it was ever there. The Grappler’s only limited by your imagination. My body can move in every direction God intended it to, all the while providing continuous unrelenting tension. Another benifit of traininig with the Grappler is how fast I can transition from exercise to exercise.

It's 8:30 Saturday morning Im in Rock Creek Park I just wrapped up a session w/ my 2nd client of the day. We have been working together since April 2008 it's now Oct. In our 7 months of training we have basicly rebuilt her entire body.

Home Training: Vol.2 Going Gymless

I must be getting "IT" back. I don't know if it's the walk, the confidence the look or the combination of all 3 but almost imediatly after you start on the Hard Body training program, people begin to take notice!!!
One of the ways people acknowledge your investment is by asking "what gym do you go to?" My answer is always the same "I mess around in my mommas basement, but mainly I just train w/ stuff I keep in the back of my truck". That answer is a complete curve ball to most gym goers.

You've been doing it since you were an infant before you ever thougt of picking up a weight, you were doing body weight exercise. Bodyweight training will have a dramatic effect on your entire body, as a stand alone modality or as part of a more complex exercise routine.

Ladies part 1

Its 607 monday morning I just had a conversation w/Samantha an atractive business woman I reguraly see on the train . This morning we talked about a subject very near to my heart weight training. Aparently when her ex boyfriend moved out of the apartment they shared he left his Olympic weight set w/ her. I guess he figures she could give it a better home than he could.
She said she wanted to start working out w/ it but didn't know were to start she also was concerned about becomning muscle bound. Her exact words were she didn't want to look like a man.

Juggling Clubs

I don't know why I Stoped working w/ my clubs but I am back on them w/ a vengence !!!

What is Gladiator School ???

Gladiator School is the Hard Body Workout Plan's school of hard knocks. We named it Gladiator School because we focus our time primarly doing exercises that you would do if you were training for a combat sport.
The funny thing is I teach these movements mainly to people who would no sooner be in a fight than they would be in an igloo.
Our motto is;

If there is a secret to getting a really tight & powerful body it's this: Strengthen Your Erector Spainie.

The Simple Truth=======> The fact that the ES souports your spinal colum and protects your central nervous system should be reason enough to make it as strong as humanly possible. But heres an interesting little fact. Your But, legs,shoulders,abs ,chest & calfs are only going to get as strong as the muscles in your erector spainie lett you.
