How much time can you commit to building a Hard Body ? Please don't take this commitment lightly, and just arbitrarily throw a number out there. I know its exciting when starting a new workout routine but don't let your enthusiasm cloud your judgment. Take serious consideration to how this is going to effect the other important parts of your life: family, work, that special somebody, hobbies, church .... Take all the things in life that are important to you into consideration and make a realistic commitment.
I'd rather you set a realistic goal that you know that you can stick to, and add depth to as your momentum gains, Than to set yourself up for failure and have to go back to the drawing board defeated.
Once you have found what time you can commit put it on your calender and let it be known. 'These are the days and the times when I will workout" and hold those times sacred. Tell your friends & loved ones how much this means to you. When they see how serious you are, they will in turn take your campaign equally as serious. And if they cant help you they will at least not stand in your way. Once you have made this commitment you are well on your way to building a Hard Body. Take a deep Breath & take the next step forward there is no looking back from here.
Once you have etched out time to workout the next step is to find a place to workout. Don't run out to that corner gym until you have read Step 2 "Game Plan" .
